Dance Your Ability is an inclusive dance workshop open to people of all ages and abilities. The sessions offer a supportive space to explore movement through guided exercises, improvisation, and creative dance. Each session is adapted to the group's needs and interests.
Sessions begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by more energetic movement, and end with a winding down period. Facilitators provide guidance and structure, including games and shared movement, while also leaving space for free exploration and personal expression.
Dance your Ability workshops help reduce stress, promote emotional well-being, and enhance physical coordination and memory. They also foster positive social connections, self-awareness and healthy self-expression.
Teachers can choose between two experienced facilitators, depending on needs, language and availability. (see bios for more information)
