Ballroom dance helps students increase confidence, coordination, balance, rhythm, listening, and teamwork. During this class students will learn to dance with partners, the basic steps, as well as the variations of different types of dances, and how to recognize them.
Students can learn 1-2 dances per one-hour class, including the cha cha, rumba, salsa, merengue, triple swing, rock 'n' roll, fox trot, tango, hustle, waltz, and Viennese waltz.

Audrey began dancing in France when she was six years old and practiced Rhythmic Gymnastics for the next 15 years. She has taught gymnasts from 4 to 16 years old to prepare them for competitions and shows, and has been a sport and leisure instructor in many countries.
Before arriving in Canada, Audrey also performed with a professional dance tour group. When Audrey arrived in Canada, she passed her ballroom dance certifications and taught for 6 years for Arthur Murray dance school in Quebec City. She has also created choreography for competitions, dance shows and a first dance for weddings.
Audrey is a certified teacher in fitness and yoga and teaches in schools, day cares, and privately for students of all ages. Outside of teaching, Audrey also organizes shows, workshops, training sessions and fundraisers.
