Susan (with daughter Sho Sho) McCallum

Susan and Sho Sho are a mother and daughter team. Sho Sho, Kaska Dene and Scottish, is a fashion designer and artist. Susan has worked extensively illustrating Native Language programs, as a painter and has worked for TV in green screen and has done limited animation for Sesame Street. Both artists are award winning Nationally and Internationally.
Sho Sho is highly regarded for her Indigenous couture designs which are all hand sewn. Her breathtaking garments often include traditional Yukon techniques. Sho Sho represented Canada with one of her collections at the Eiffel Tower in Paris! She had a one woman show in the Bill Reid Gallery in Vancouver which included the publication of a show catalogue.
Both Susan and Sho Sho have designed and created inspiring school workshops for all ages - self expression is our goal! We are happy to design 3 day workshops for the communities. Looking forward to accommodating school themes.
