The teacher will bring in examples of land art projects that use snow, ice, stones, branches and other natural materials to share with the class. Projects could be snow sculptures, or arches built with stones and snow, or snowballs hung in the trees or patterns stamped out in the snow. Students will go outside to create their own project based on what is available to work with.
