I founded and operated the Alpine Bakery from 1984-2017.
During the first 10 years, I conducted classes on bread making, strudel making for parents and children, soup making and pasta making.
Motivation comes from producing highest quality possible food, sharing that know how, and contributing to sustainable agriculture along the process.
I have been told, bread making and strudel making are community building activities.
