A fun and light workshop for art and music lovers. In this workshop we will design and paint mandalas while listening to music, guided step by step by Maya. We will use creative elements such as buttons and daily items around us to trace circles and shapes. Music and mandalas have a therapeutic and calming effect on us both physically and emotionally, and are a great way to learn mindfulness. While creating art and music we activate the part of the brain that makes us happy, so it's impossible not to feel uplifted after this workshop!
